United StatesOnly thing so far to help my husband.
My husband always falls asleep immediately, but then almost always wakes around 1:00am and stays awake for an hour or more tossing and turning. We have a sleep number bed that tells us how well he's sleeping as well and when he takes this as directed (4 tabs) it really works for him. He had tried just one or 2 tabs because he hates taking anything, but finally gave in and it really helps when takes 4. So far nothing else has helped him, and he wakes not feeling groggy.

Pamala N. Six straight hours!
For the first time in decades I'm getting 6 straight hours of sleep which is pretty good for me. I have ADHD and suffer depression from 64 years of that. I can NOT take meds for the ADHD because of early onset Glaucoma. My only complaint is the smell and subsequently the taste of the Fall Asleep. I take two each of Stay and Fall asleep.
