How many capsules should I take?

We recommend taking 2 capsules 3 times a day (6 total) for the first week. Once this loading dose is over, you can switch to 1-2 capsules a day or as needed.

Is this product vegan?

Yes, Allurtica is certified vegan.

Is this product organic?

No. However, the Stinging Nettles (Urtica dioica) used in this product is organic and is grown on Utzy Natural's certified organic farm in Southeastern Wisconsin.

How long before Allurtica will start to work?

We recommend starting out with a loading phase (please see above). We recommend a loading phase because Quercetin, one of the key ingredients, is slowly absorbed by the body. To speed up absorption we include Rutin, a natural flavonoid with a nearly identical molecular structure to Quercetin that allows for the body to have an extended-release of Quercetin. This can work right away for some people, or take a few weeks for others. We recommend getting the large bottle of Allurtica and trying for a month, if it doesn't work, contact us and we'll issue a full refund.

How big are the pills?
