I’ve been on Berbercol for just over 2 weeks. I’ve noticed a reduction in my appetite and it is a bit easier to follow my intermittent fasting regimen. Thus far I’ve lost just over a pound of weight. I’m curious to see if it has any impact on biometric measures such as Hemoglobin A1c, apolipoprotein B as well as insulin resistance after 3 months of regular use. I will also get a CGM and track effectiveness of AM vs PM dosing in addition to twice daily dosing. I did have significant GI upset with frequent and sometimes urgent bowel movements the first 10 days but this has mainly subsided. I hope to report favorable biometric measures in a few months.

Hi Charmaine, Thanks for the detailed review. One of our key ingredients, berberine, can be difficult for some to digest for the first time. We suggest taking Berbercol with a meal - this tends to reduce any GI discomfort.
