This product helps put calcium in the bones, which is what I need in my old age. Also, since it helps to rebuild bone, it can help with dental bone health as well. Easy to swallow capsules, with no after-taste or negative effects. Have been taking daily with my other supplements with no issue. Expiration date was off, but not an issue for me.

Great K2 formula!
Great product. Feel like it helps with my bone health, as well as dental/tooth health. Also love that it comes with the MenaQ7 form of K2, the best form for absorption.
